Dear Jenny,
We arrived back in Australia from our trip last week. I just wanted to thank you to your company and especially our guide Amber. She was wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make our experience one that we will ever forget. She felt like part of the family and we would recommend her anyone to anyone going to Beijing. Thank you once again for organising all our tours, it was lovely seeing Beijing. Our driver was excellent as well.
Kind Regards

In the incredibly busy month in Tibet, we booked train tickets to take us ( 4 persons ) from Beijing to Lhasa. Jenny at Beijing Holiday succeeded in securing them for us. After an issue with my passport number on the train tickets stopping us from catching the train, Beijing Holiday was incredibly helpful in booking us on a train and dealing with all the complications that arose. When we were worried our trip would be ruined, they tried their best to ensure we had a pleasant and smooth journey. Afer arriving, their arrangement is reasonable, and we spent 8 days in Tibet.

Hi Jenny,
Thank you for your email and food.
Let me start by letting you know what a pleasure it was to meet with you and have dinner together. Thank you for taking time of your busy schedule to meet and taking us out for dinner. The food was twice as delicious in your company.
Also, please accept our sincere thanks for all the arrangement that you made for our China Tour. All the guides and drivers that you have picked were very knowledgeable, helpful and eager to serve and please us. Thanks to you, our experience in China has been outstanding and pleasurable. We would highly recommend your services for anyone looking to travel and explore China.
Please feel free to use our names and testimonials for your marketing materials.
I wish you were on Facebook, so I could share my excitement there and people can contact you. I think it will be good for your business.
Best regards,

While visiting Japan, we had a 15 hour layover on our flight to Japan and a 20 hour layover on our flight home. We wanted to make the most of our limited time in Beijing, so based on Tripadvisor reviews, we booked two separate tours with Beijing Holiday Tours. On our first layover, we booked the Beijing Illuminate Tour. We booked the tour on Thursday and we were scheduled to arrive on Sunday at 5:00 pm. I did not receive a confirmation on the tour which was a little frightening, but I am sure was due to my late scheduling. However when we walked out of customs (over an hour late due to my lost luggage), Alic was waiting for us with my name on a sign. She was extremely friendly! Since we are not seasoned travelers, she helped us get some money exchanged and helped us check into our hotel. From our hotel, her and a very polite driver took us around the city to see the sights of Beijing. We had a fantastic time! She often acted as a photographer, so the entire party was able to be in the pictures. On this tour, we visited the Olympic sites, Tiananmen Square, Houhai Lake Bar Street, the Bell Towers, the CCTV Building and more. When the tour was over Alic, gave us her telephone number and email in case we needed any other assistance while in Beijing. She went above and beyond for us.
On our second layover, we walked to Wangfujing Food Street from our hotel at night and then we scheduled a tour of the Forbidden City for the morning. Pan was our guide and he was really wonderful. He spoke English very well. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed the tour very much. The morning we visited the Forbidden City, it was very crowded. Pan was able to move effectively through the crowds. My nine year old daughter was with us and we had many local children wanting to take photos with her. Pan helped us move to areas that were less crowded which allowed us to move more freely with less interruptions. It was an incredible experience. Beijing Holiday Tours, Jenny Wong, Alic and Pan helped to make our short time in Beijing into memories that will last a life time. I look forward to going back to Beijing in the future, and I would definitely use this tour company again!

The USP of this tour organizer is that the payment need not be made in advance but is done on the day of the trip. We did the Great Wall at Muthianyu and the Beijing City tour with them on two consecutive days. The Tour guide called us the evening before and confirmed our pick up timing from the hotel lobby and the bus was waiting for us at the scheduled time!
The tour guides were friendly, communicative and knowledgeable making the trip enjoyable. The lunch was simple but good and provided a variety of local fare suitable for all palates. The bus and the journey was comfortable and though we did a lot of sightseeing, were back at the hotel by 6pm.

Hi! Jenny,
I am here in Manila, Philippines already. I enjoyed my tour there in Beijing. It was my first time there and it was a wonderful experience. I hope I can come back there again and see the other historical and wonderful places. Thanks to you and our tour guide Jaime both of you are a big help to me.
Hope to be there again.
Many Thanks,

I booked our first-ever trip to Mainland China based on the reviews on TRIPADVISOR, and are we ever glad that we did!
I initially looked at their BEIJING-CHENGDU-SHANGHAI tour, but wanted to substitute XI'AN for CHENGDU and that proved to be no problem whatsoever .. .. After sending in my initial request, JENNY WONG contacted me and stayed with me for almost an entire year! Even changing a whole days itinerary in SHANGHAI proved to be no problem for Jenny .. ..
At every airport/train station, our GUIDE & DRIVER were always there welcoming us with a sign .. .. They were always on-time each morning, took care of our hotel check-ins, attraction tickets and had everything under control! Even the mandatory 'shopping' stops were great and all added something special to each city .. .. And, I'm not a shopper, but I think I picked up a little something everywhere we went!
Our guides ranged from OK to exceptional, but that's to be expected on any tour, but our guide in XI'AN was MS. CARINA BAI and she might be the best guide we had had anywhere .. .. Her English and knowledge of Xi'An was exceptional .. .. Even the crowds at the TERRACOTTA MUSEUM & HISTORY MUSEUM started following her - She is that good!
JENNY WONG did a terrific job with our entire tour and even took the time out of her busy day to catch up with us in BEIJING to meet us and make sure everything was going smoothly .. ..
DON'T HESITATE BOOKING WITH BEIJING HOLIDAY FOR YOUR LONG CHINA TRIP!!

Thanks to our tour guide, fantastic Kelley. We had a wonderful 4 days holiday to explore the in-depth essence of Beijing. In a short time, we were able to see all the important sites, including Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace, etc. Kelley never rushed us. She was always very patient with endliess stops. Also, our private 4W driver Tang was always enthusiasm to recommend the most delicious food for us. We thank the whole team and highly recommend their tours.

I had one day layover tour in Beijing. The trip advisor recommended me to tour the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall. When I got off the plane in Beijing airport, a guide & driver came to pick up. Then we drive to Tiananmen and walk to the Forbidden City. My tour guide is very knowledgeable about Chinese history and filled me in on the history of the Forbidden City.
After lunch at a Chinese-style restaurant, we drove to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Wall is also beautiful in spring. The guide escorted me to take a cable car up to the platform below the No.14 watchtower, walked to the No.6 watchtower for the sliding down. It was interesting!! I would highly recommend Beijing Holiday for touring needs in China.

Last Monday, we take the 6 Days Beijing Chengdu Giant Panda Tour which we organised with Jenny of Beijing Holiday. We can highly recommend this trip, because our trip was amazing and transfer, personal guides, entrance fees, hotels...all arranged. I trusted Jenny completely to make sure we were given the best and we were. Especially, I was overwhelmed by the pandas in the Bifengxia Panda Breeding Centre. So beautiful and amazing creatures and seeing many of them when offen you see only one or two in other parts of the world. If you visit China you MUST come here.
You can even pay 2000 yuan to have cuddle a panda. Jenny arranged for us to come at the feeding time, so they were all alert and active and brilliant.

My family and I were in Shanghai for just a few days, so we decided to organize a two day tour and were really glad that we choose Beijing Tours. Beijing Tours is a professional tour agency. Before the two days, I contacted Beijing Tours at email. They arranged a Shanghai local tour guide Pan for us. We were picked up from our hotel and first day we visited Yuyuan Garden. It is a special and typical garden in Shanghai. We also went Jade gallery and bought a piece of good jade. On the following day, we went climb the tellest Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Especially, We have a great cruise on the Huangpu River. The two days Shanghai tour with Beijing tours makes us never forget.
I have to say thanks to our tour advisor and tour guide Pan. Pan is very knowledgeable about Shanghai history, culture, etc. And his brightness and enthusiasm made our tour different. He was particularly good with my teenage sons and made the tour fun for us. It was a busy, but great day for all of us.
Christine O, 2014-02-15
Jenny from Beijing Holiday arranged our trip in Chengdu. We spent 2 days with them there. Our private local guide, David was great. He was very knowledgeable about his city and eager to tell us the local tea culture, tea pot story and all of our questions. He was also flexible if we wanted to change any arrangements and very patiant with our shopping trips. Our driver was professional.
In Chengdu, we visited Wuhou Temple and Giant Panda Breeding Center. Especially recommend Giant Panda Breeding Center. The little Giant Pantdas is so cute. If you can afford it, you can make a hefty "donation" to the Panda sanctuary and you are then able to hold the baby panda which is a once in a lifetime experience! Due to our short time staying in Chengdu, we didn't have other tour to Chengdu side, such as Leshan Giant Buddha and Mt. Emei. We hoped our next China tour with Beijing Holiday. Thank you to all of them!
Julieamo, 2014-01-14
I only had 1 full day in Beijing so I signed up for the Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall of china tour. Due to traffic the guide was late, but she definitely made up for it. After the forbidden city, she took us the silk musuem and we drove by the Olympic area as well. Lunch was great and it was a part of the tour price. The wall was outstanding!! The weather was gorgeous. It was a very sunny day and no haze at all!!! After we left the wall, the guide told us we had more time and since we were only there for 1 day she wanted to make sure we saw everything we wanted. Once we arrived in Beijing we went to the pearl store to shop. The best part was they took me to STARBUCKS. I highly recommend this tour!! I found it by using Tripadvisor so I knew I could not go wrong!!!
Thanks to all staffs of Beijingholiday.com.

It's an imperial wonder and a great experience, just be prepared for a LOT of people. Still, a "must-see". We went with a private guide and that made all the different - he pointed out so many things, architectural and historical, that we would otherwise have missed.
Monicamee , 2013-11-08
If you are traveling in Xian - this has to be on your "to-do" list. From the West Gate, climb the steps up to the the top of the city wall, hire a bike and peddle along the wide causeway. You'll have great views, lots of fun.
A visit to the wall is well worth the entrance fee, provided you give yourself time to enjoy it. I suggest about two to three hours around sunset. From the wall you can see some of the life of the people of Xi'An and some good views. The wall is calm and any facilities there are you will be grateful for, a drink, the toilet etc. Then as the sun sets the wall will take on a new charm, it is covered in lights that make it look very special.
Others, special "Thank you" to my travel advisors Jenny and my Xian local tour guide. All thanks to them. Best wishes!

My husband and I took a trip to China to first of all see the Great Wall, and then the Terra Cotta Soldiers. I had heard about them several years ago, and this was on my bucket list. The majority of people I knew have never heard of them, so I did not have a reference as to their greatness -- and greatness is putting it mildly.
All of the ancient buildings and such in China are fabulous, but this was the most interesting and awesome dynasty accomplishment next to the Great Wall. The magnitude of this feat, and the story surrounding the army is fascinating and awe-inspiring. To see these in person is a must for everyone. Pictures cannot duplicate what it is like to experience this sight! I was with three other people who only went along for the ride and knew nothing of this magnificent feat.....they could not believe what they were seeing, nor the story of how this army came about. Just go.....you will not be disappointed.

China’s National Day is a big vacation for Chinese people. After a “crowd” tour to Badaling Great Wall, our travel advisor Jenny suggests us to enjoy the acrobatics show in Chaoyang Theatre. Thank you for Jenny, let us see a different China – “ not crowd”.
The acrobatic show at the Chaoyang Theatre consists of a large number of performances by winners of local acrobatic contests from all over China.
This show is absolutely brilliant and we are so glad we went! The variety keeps your interest and the finale has to be seen to be believed.
Tumblers, jugglers, acrobats, cycle riders - all outstanding!
We were offered this show or a Kung Fu show featuring monks and people we met who'd seen the latter were disappointed.
There is no way one could ever be disappointed in this Acrobatic Show - it's truly amazing!
One can see why the Chinese are renowned for their acrobatic skills and gymnastics simply based on this show alone!
The climax of the show was 9, yes 9, motorbike riders all riding on a bike!! Never seen anything like it! One by one they went on the bike and cycled on the stage of show - show stopping or what!!
If you get the chance to see this show - don't miss it - it's outstanding!

We want to say "Thank you!" to all members of Beijingholidays and our advisors who designed a good itinerary for us! Thanks to all of them once again.
The Qianmen street is just one part of our tours in Beijng. All attractions are best.
The Qianmen pedestrian street is good for an evening stroll especially after a visit to the Forbidden City nearby. The restored grand old buildings are tastefully lighted up at night and there are many local eateries here to suit everyone's budget. Much prefer this area than the more well known Wangfujing. If you want to try the famous Quanjude roast duck, their original restuarant is here with a faster take-away shop next door.

We visited in mid september and the sky was quite gray but the summer palace is a must for anyone visiting Beijing.
We went using the metro which was very easy and cheap. The queues to get in where quite big and we feared the worst in terms of crowds but once you get to the lake and start walking you soon get some space to yourself and it is a very nice walk with different things to see on the way round.
There are alot of very nice parks in Beijing but the summer palace ranks among the best. If you get lucky and its a clear sunny day it must be even better.

Hello Jenny,
Thank you for taking time to reply when you're off duty. Based on the lovely arrangement you made for us, I have every confidence that the itinerary should be a good one. I think we would have a go for this quotation and the itinerary as scheduled.
Please e-mail to my husband, Eliot, for the bank transfer details on Monday. Also, please inform me if you still keep our data for booking the flight.
Thanks and regards,
Linlan

Good evening Jenny:
Thanks again for your quick and comprehensive reply, and also the gentle reminder on visa.
The bullet train from Beijing West to Xian is a G train, city express, which takes about 5 hours? And the sleeper to Pingyao is a normal fast train, and how many hours to get to destination?
If at all possible, we hope the guide will be able to take us to see more sights while we are in Xian, and before we leave for Pingyao.
Of course, breakfast is also included for the third person, as well as a bed, and not a mattress. Kindly confirm.
If we confirm after our review, payment is in full and Visa credit card is accepted?
If we stay 2 more nights in the same Beijing hotel (hopefully a good one?) where your office is situated, what is the rate for a room with 3 beds?
Thank you,
David

Jenny was very prompt in responding to my questions. My tour guide, Philip Wei, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and was very patient with my endless questions!
Food was very good, especially the Hutong food. Also driver was very good, and the car was air conditioned. Hotel was excellent.
Susie May Jones, 2012-06-01
Our trip advisor (Jenny) from Beijing Holiday responded quickly with very detailed information that helped us plan our trip exactly the way we wanted.
All of our tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable. They were on time and organized which allowed us to have a very productive trip.
The meals were okay. In some places we had what seemed like authentic Chinese food and in other places we had western style food. Nothing bad just nothing outstanding.
All of the vehicles were comfortable and the drivers were very experienced making it easy to enjoy all of the sites without confusion.
The locations of the hotels were good. Very centrally located allowing us to walk around and explore on our own without having to go too far. Quality was good and the restaurants were reasonable.
Jordan MacCharles, 2012-05-22
Dear Jenny,
a few days after my journey, I want to give you a short information about it.
Everything was well planed and perfect! Your timetable was great. I could get a very close look to Beijing and the different parts of the Great Wall.
My personally highlight was the Great Wall of Jinshanling. This part of the wall was that part I was looking for and I could get all my photos I was looking for.
I will say thanks a lot for all - it was a big pleasure for me to visit your country.
Daniel Bertram, 2012-05-16
Jenny was very, very helpful. She always answered my questions, some of which I am sure took a lot of her time to research. She was very pleasant. The arrangements look excellent. Jenny was able to cut out shopping and make time for drawing and painting as this is an art student trip. BeijingHoliday is an excellent tour agency. Very helpful.
Lynn Estomin , 2012-05-09
Hello Jenny,
Happy Thanksgiving Day to you too!
I am so very happy to hear from you. Thankyou for remembering to give me the name of your home town, it strikes me as very similar to my name...Naomi...Gaomi...I will google it and find out all I can. It is nice to have an attachment in this way to a place, I hope this makes sense to you in your own language, that I am making sense.
You probably think I am silly now, never mind. I love the fact that Kerri and I got to meet you in Beijing. We had the best time in China, Beijing and Shanghai. In Shanghai we even got to see the moon, the wind picked up and blew the smog away and it was a lovely clear night on the 12th September, we felt very lucky.
Please do not ever feel worried that you dont get back to me quickly. Given the amount of time you spent with me organising my trip, I appreciate the time you give to all your clients and feel there is probable little time for you to have a spare moment to email people on a personal level, I do appreciate this. But I have to say that I do look forward to hearing from you.
I was happy to give the feedback, you could not have been more helpful and attentive, you went to so much trouble and then you gave Kerri and I a gift, it should have been the other way around, I felt guilty not to give you anything. But I also felt such warmth from you, to give us such a gift from the heart, the presents from your home town of Gaomi. I have spoken very highly of you to my friends and family, they are astounded at the attention you and your staff gave us...thanks again.
As for anything I can tell you of myself, I am married to a lovely man, his name is Brett. We dont have children, unfortunately I wasnt blessed in that area. We have a lovely dog, she is a Golden Retriever, Jemma is her name. I will send a photo, she is 15 on the 11th December, very old for a dog, she is very well loved and just georgeous.
Have you been able to get home since we last spoke to see your family? Do you live with family, friends...how far is Gaomi to where you live in Beijing. Now I must say a special thanks for sending us to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. I had such trouble leaving the Great Wall. I could not tear myself away it was fantastic. Have googled the Badling section since getting home and it seems much busier...thankyou..... LOVED IT!!!!
Thankyou so much for everything and I look so much to hearing from you again in the future...of course when you can...no hurry, I know very well how busy you are.
Good night from Melbourne, Australia
Best Regards
Yours sincerely :) (did that work as a happy face?????) (that is what it was supposed to be) (new to this)....
Naomi

Yes, Jenny offered us a great service, it was really quick and easy! Thank you so much, Jenny.
Our tour guide, Lucy, she was well educated. Spoke English well and more like a family member than a guide.
Dale Mattock, 2011-10-20
Hi Jenny,
It was great to finally meet you in person and have a good talk with you and your friend. We have forgotten your friend's name. What is it please?
Alao, thank you very much for the nicer present. I hope we can restrain ourselves and still have a few left to take home to Vancouver with us.
When we get home I will send you a copy of the photo that your friernd took. You can also let me know what the recommendation/travel log you want me to write for you. That is, about the Shanghai-Chongqing boat ride. Or about other things.
We are off the Great Wall in a few minutes but I wanted to let you know how much Nancy and I enjoyed our time with you and your friend.
Cheers,
Jim & Nancy

The respons from Jenny was every quick and clear, she really answered our needs.
Our tour guide was great and did know perfectly her subject however we will have prefer her to come with us on the great wall to give us more details about its construction lenghts...
Food was good but maybe a little bit too much occidental. The car was clean and our driver was fast and polite.
Keisser Juliette, 2011-06-08
Jenny was a wonderful trip planner. We couldn't have asked for more. The itinerary was excellent, and packed in a lot of wonderful places and great food (we happen to love Chinese food). She responded very promptly ,especially considering the time differential. She went the extra mile to find our hotel reservation in Beijing and to choose Annie as our guide. We will certainly recommend your services, and have already. Sorry we never met.
Annie was a terrific guide. She made us feel very comfortable, and we enjoyed a friendship, even for such a short time. She even ordered our food! Her knowledge is extraordinary, and we were delighted to learn so much. She was professional, courteous, and also warm and friendly. Her English was good. We recommend her services very highly.
The DaDong restaurant was wonderful, truly a memorable meal. Annie ordered everything for us. The lunches we had were very good. The buffet lunch was the weakest, but that just means it wasn't as great as the others, but nothing to complain about. Annie chose our lunch selections, and we tried to eat every morsel. I have celiac's disease, and had no problems.
Mr. Gua (sp.?), the driver was also great. The car was always clean and neat. He always had bottled water available for us and we needed it. He was also very professional, courteous, and we had a great time with him as well. A very good driver...
We were very pleased with the Crowne Plaza in midtown. The servie was excellent, the rooms were always clean and neat. We would staythere again. Excellent value for the price...
Our only disappointment had nothing to do with you. We had to leave the Cruise on day 4 in Busan because Bob became very ill. We flew home, and he was sick for almost two weeks. He is fine now, but he was very, very sick. We still don't know what it was. I enjoyed the different factories even though I did't buy anything. It was very interesting to learn about the different items China is known for. We would call you in a minute if we were coing back.
Maureen S Graham, 2011-06-02
We took the Beijing Guilin essence tour from BeijingHoliday.com. We had the best time thanks to our guides and drivers. It saved us time and money. Our guides in Beijing and Guilin are all the best, and our drivers were also very helpful. The meals were excellent. I'm not a big fan of Peking Duck. I did try it though
Our travel advisor, Jenny, was really helpful and always responded quickly.
Rex Mabey, 2011-05-16
We had a great tour with BeijingHoliday.com, so well planned and wonderful experience.
Our trip advisor offers us great advices and service. Nice people and excellent tour! Thanks.
Our tour guide is very knowledgeable. Good English. Very nice person. Very enjoyable and well planned tour. Thanks.
We elected Western food as the tour was at the end our our China trip.
Car was fine and tour was very well planned. I highly recommend the Marriott City Wall. Great hotel!
Andrew Layman, 2011-05-13
The Traveler Inn, our accommodation, was clean and comfortable. It is not luxurious but enough to live in good conditions.
Our travel advisor, Jenny, is so efficient, and always answered my questions at the first time. So quick response and so nice service.
The restaurant where we eat isn't that traditional chinese food. We went to a muslim restaurant and the food is much better.
Thanks for arranging me a delighted trip, and I'll definitely recommend your tour to any of my friends without any hesitations.
Rachel ARAUJO, 2011-05-12
Highly recommendable tour to the Great Wall and Summer Palace with BeijingHoliday. Thank you for making it so enjoyable.I'll be back!
Very prompt response to emails, polite, clear instructions. Very efficient.Thank you. Informative, knowledgable and friendly. Very enjoyable tour.Thank you
Really enjoyed the lunch. Thank you
Bus was clean and tidy, enjoyable trip.Thank you.
Dominic Mallan-Benton, 2011-05-08
Jenny was great. She got back to me within 36 hours after every email and usually within 12 hours and answered every question I had fully. Jenny was very helpful and accomodating. I am disabled and unable to walk the Great Wall. The two other tour companies I contacted just said I would be unable to go but Jenny told me about the cable car up the wall and added the cost onto my booking so the guide would know. She was fantastic.
The guide was wonderful. Really informative and friendly and happy to do anything to help even offering to write things in Chinese for us to help with the language barriers - this helped me greatly with a problem I was having buying a train ticket. Unfortuntely our mini bus blew a tire on the way to the last stop but we were able to carry on to our destination and alternative transport was arranged while we were there with no delay. Due to joining another group to be taken to my hotel I forgot to tip Mae but I would be very grateful if you could pass on my apologies for that and great thanks to her for a great day.
The meal at the Jade factory was very enjoyable. Ordinarily you do not expect much when eating in these kinds of places but the it was delicious and there was a large selection of foods to try.
The mini bus was quite clean and a bin was provided which was very good and kept the bus clean. The driver was very good although she didn't speak English she would smile or give you a friendly nod if you made eye contact and she was very patient. She knew her way around very well and was able to take an alternative route when we hit bad traffic. At the Great Wall the authorities wanted us to park up at a great distance from the enterance and the guide got out and persuaded them to let us go ahead. Without this I would have been unable to go to the wall as I am disabled and could not walk there so this was very much appreciated.
Fantastic time on this trip. The Great Wall is just breath takingly brilliant, the Ming Tomb was fascinating and even the silk museum and jade factory were surprisingly interesting and attractive.
Donna Lalek, 2011-05-04
We have to rate your service and tour all five stars, from our trip advisor Jenny to our driver.
We were very impressed with the organisation of our tours. You were prompt, courteous, informati ve and helpful to us. We thank you for helping to make our stay in Beijing most enjoyable.
DENNIS BELL, 2011-04-25
Our trip advisor, Jenny, was very helpful, and her respondence was quick and efficient. Our tour was finalized in a short period of time. Our tour guide was also friendly and willing to adjust tour to our requests. He came along apart of our tour through the hutongs and provided us more information and insight. The meal with a local family was very nice, and the food was simple but good. It was interesting to see inside an individual's home and share their hospitality. However, we did not bring a gift for them, which was my regret.

The trip that Jenny Wong (our travel advisor) arranged for us was exceptional. It was all that we had hoped it to be.
Whilst in Beijing, our tour guide Annie was very tuned in to our needs and operated accordingly. Her knowledge of Beijing was excellent. She was very conscious to my dietary needs which I was very grateful for. Our tour guide in Xian, Grace, was also a very learned, courteous and helpful person.
The restaurants that we were taken to for lunch each day were very good. We enjoyed the food immensely. The evening dinners that we had were also very good.
Mr. Lee, our driver was very courteous both to us and other drivers on the road. We never felt uncomfortable with his driving. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Mr. Yuen our driver in Xian was also very competent and courteous. The vehicle in good condition and clean.
The Howard Johnson Paragon Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming. To be closer to the shopping district would have been good. The hotel in Xian was clean and comfortable but food awful.

Our Travel Advisor Jenny responsed promptly. Organized tour according to our request.
The best tour guide we have had. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, lot of experience in the job. With the advantage of being native Chinese and fluent in English. Understands both cultures well. We would recommend him to all our friends and family!
Typical Chinese food and clean.
Our driver was very friendly and on time. Car was in great condition, comfortable.
The great willingness to help in all our needs was absolutely impressive !! Great experience.

I can honestly say, dealing with Jenny, Ivy and staff at Beijing Holidays, was the best most professional experience I have had when arranging a trip overseas and I have travelled a great deal. I will not hesitate to use again and highly recomend your company at every opertunity.
Everything about the arrangements and execution of our trip was excellent, Including our tour Guide Mary, who added to the enjoyment of our tour.
For most of our group of 16 the food was great, however for me personally, I'm a lover of China and the Chinese, (I'm married to a chinese lady)however not traditional chinese food. So for the others I can say the food etc. was good.
What else can I say but we were all completely satisfied.
I personally chose the Hotel in Beijing and having stayed there before new it was very good and the location was excelent.
For those reading this review, it might seem like I must own Beijing holidays, but I do travel quite often and these are the best people I've ever dealt with.

We were very pleased with your services on our recent trip to Beijing. Jenny did a great job. She made us feel at home and very secure. She was also very informed on history and facts on the sites we visited. Thanks, Jenny, for a great experience.

Dear Jenny,
I hope you are doing fine.
I would like to thank you once again for organizing our private tour in china!!!
We were very satisfied with our tour guide and car service in Shanghai. Everything was perfect and we cannot be more satisfied with our guide. She was not only very nice but her English was just perfect and we could enjoy both sightseeing and the interesting stories/facts about places we visited. The only thing which was not ok - was the food; we were only happy with salads and rice, any meat which was served - we could not enjoy as either it was too much fat in it (pork, beef) or some bones (chicken).
……
For our Hutong tour we got another tour guide - and this was the best 90 min in Beijing - this guide was very nice and also spoke perfect English. It was a relief to have him as once again (similarly to Shanghai tour) we could enjoy the tour and the story of Hutong!
……
wish you a nice weekend brgds kris and sascha

Our Trip Advisor - Ms. Jenny Wong, was very prompt in all our inquiries. She even provided us numbers which we can call in case we encounter some problems. She also assisted us in giving directions to the taxi driver. Ms. Wong was really helpful and very attentive to our needs.
Our Tour Guide - Mike was our tour guide. many tour offices would brag about their english speaking guides. but the thing i think that made us appreciate Mike, is seeing his passion to learn history and share it with others. when he narrates the story, he tells it with fun and interest. He also gave us insights on the new and modern china as well. we really had good day with him and we've become friends. Good Job!

We used BeijingHoliday to help us plan our trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We were able to work with Jenny to plan a trip that fit within our budget and allowed us to see a lot of China in just 2 weeks. She was very helpful in working with me on the schedule, hotels and cities we would visit. From the time we got off the plane in Beijing to the time we stepped back on the plane to go home, we were confident that the details had been taken care of by BeijingHoliday. The hotels that they recommended were excellent and we really enjoyed the travel guides that were in our Welcome Package. While they do specialize in luxury travel, they provided a great value for those of us on a budget too! We will definitely use BeijingHoliday on our next trip to China and would recommend them to others!

I am writing to express our gratefulness for Beijingholiday's wonderful service. My wife and I came to this great capital in November. It's quite chilly outdoor, however, our responsible and loyal tour guide makes me feel warm and comfortable. Great architectures and Beijing Opera really impressed us a lot. Thanks again for your considerate service.

I just want to say a big thank you to Jenny, our lovely tour guide and your company for our two-day trip to Beijing. We really loved Great Wall and were very impressed by Jenny's fluent English as well as her overall knowledge of the highlights. We like the Temple of Heaven most, because we have enjoyed a happy afternoon with the local people who exercised there. What has moved us most is that your company's excellent service. You have offered us the best rate. Thanks a lot for your best tour service!
Mrs.Sylvia Roessner, 2009-12-11
First, please let me represent our delegation to express thanks for your thoughtful arrangement! We learned a lot from the training of traditional Chinese massage. Meanwhile, we also explored the beauty of the mysterious and ancient Beijing. Either the culture or the historic relics of China has attracted us deeply. We will come back to China again, if time allows. Express our best wishes and appreciation once again to BeijingHoliday!

Rising early the next morning and under a bitterly cold, crystal blue sky, we headed off in a crammed green and yellow taxi to explore Beijing. The Forbidden City, also known as the Imperial Palace is a structure of buildings located in the center of Beijing, last serving in its role as the center of the Chinese empire in the Ming and Qing Dynasties (The Qing was the last of the imperial dynasties in China, ending in 1912). The enclave of buildings that make up the Forbidden City is comprised of more than 800 buildings and I am told it is the largest collection of wooden preserved buildings in the world—-and its huge. Its name is derived from the fact that during the dynasty rule, only the emperor and his family were allowed inside—this rule has since been relaxed and the Forbidden City now serves as one of the most visited and famous landmarks in all of China. Across the street is Tiananmen Square, most famous in the west for the events of 1989, but also the site of many famous happenings in Beijing history.
