How can I book the private car tranfer service?

a. Please use our online booking or send your travel request via email to contact@beijingholiday.com. You are also welcome to call us at (+86) 18211044601 / (+86) 10-68002460 (24/7).

b. Our tour advisors will have contact you either by email or telephone. We offer 1-on-1 real person contact. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed service with prices.

c. Payment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US dollars or other hard currencies are acceptable.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
How about your drivers?

All the drivers have the official licenses with over 3 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; are properly dressed; are familiar with the region; refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passengers presence.
Are the rental vehicles brand new?

It depends. Not every contract will use a brand new vehicle. However, it is guaranteed that every vehicle is in excellent condition.
Where do I meet my driver for pick-up?

The driver will meet you at the exit of Tianjin International Cruise Home Port or Tianjin Xingang Port with your name/company on a greeting sign, or you hotel in Beijing. We will confirm all other pick-up locations at reservation placement.
What happens if my cruise is early or late arriving?

We provide 30 minutes of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 45 minutes of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Can I drive the car myself?

No. Only our professional driver may drive your rental car. This is due to insurance policies and safety issues.
How can I cancel my car transfer service?

Cancellations are accepted by email contact@beijingholiday.com and phone (+86) 18211044601 / (+86) 10-68002460 only. Full reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pick up. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up. Cancellations made in excess of 24 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
How can I change my car rental service?

We requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
I'm worried about booking online and knowing you don't have my booking?

Don't worry of your booking. After receiving your reservation information, we will contact you through your email or your phone to confirm your booking as soon as possible.
How long does it take from Xingang port to Great Wall?

Badaling Great wall (the most famous sections of the Great walls in Beijing) is about 220 KMs/138 miles away from Xingang Port, it will take 3.5 – 4 hours driving.
