Up to 2013, Shanghai has 11 metro lines in operating every day, connecting the main tourist attractions, transportation hubs, commercial areas and shopping spots such as Huaihua Road, People's Square, Shanghai Railway Station, Xujiahui, Nanjing Road and the Bund.
Moreover, there are 11 metro lines in building. Line 22 will be put into operation on Oct. 1, 2014. In order to offer more convenient to more attractions, it is done to extend the operating lines.

Zhujiajiao water town is located in Qingpu District, south of the Yangtze River, about 47km away from Shanghai.

Shanghai has two international airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The former is located in Changning District of Shanghai, about 13 kilometers from the center of the city. The latter is located in Pudong New District of Shanghai, about 13 kilometers from the center of the city.

Nanjing Road is a China's premier shopping street, around 3.4 miles in length. It starts at the Bund in the east and ends in the west at the junction of Jing'an Temple and Yan'an West Street.
