I can think of no better compliment to pay the Presidential Plaza than to spread the world that it must be the best hotel in Beijing. I think the employees at the Presidential are just a well-trained fine bunch of people and I can hardly wait to return in 2 years for more of the same hospitality and service.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay in this hotel and I have to say it was outstanding. All the staff was extremely courteous and polite and eager to help. The rooms were extremely comfortable and room service did a fantastic job daily. The staff throughout the hotel and leisure center was marvelous and made my stay there a pleasure.
