The vehicles that we offer vary in size and the above car types are just for your reference. So confirm the number of seats is enough for your travel party when you make a reservation.
The above prices are just for your reference and will change depending on oil price and the seasons.
Drivers can not speak much English, so we suggest hiring a guide with us or showing the Chinese names of the places you would like to go in Guilin to our driver.
The prices includes tunnel and toll fee. There will be $180 extra charge for services between 21:00 and 07:30 of next day.

How can I book the car rental service?

a. Please use our online booking or send your travel request via email to contact@beijingholiday.com. You are also welcome to call us at (+86) 18211044601 / (+86) 10-68002460 (24/7).

b. Our tour advisors will have contact you either by email or telephone. We offer 1-on-1 real person contact. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.

c. Payment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US dollars or other hard currencies are acceptable.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
How about your drivers?

All the drivers have the official licenses with over 3 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; are properly dressed; are familiar with the region; refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passengers presence.
Are the rental vehicles brand new?

It depends. Not every contract will use a brand new vehicle. However, it is guaranteed that every vehicle is in excellent condition.
Where do I meet my driver for pick-up?

The driver will meet you at the Arrival Hall with your name/company on a greeting sign. We will confirm all other pick-up locations at reservation placement.
What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?

Beijingholiday.com updates all flight arrival times and we arrive the airport before your plane lands. No matter whether you arrive late or early, we have a correct flight number.
How much time do I have to meet the driver on my Airport Transfer Reservation?

We provide 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Can I instruct the driver to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?

Beijingholiday.com airport transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your driver is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If you would prefer the driver use a specific route our hourly rates and minimum will apply, plus applicable fees.
Can I drive the car myself?

No. Only our professional driver may drive your rental car. This is due to insurance policies and safety issues.
How can I cancel my car rental service?

Cancellations are accepted by email contact@beijingholiday.com and phone (+86) 18211044601 / (+86) 10-68002460 only. Full reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pick up. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up. Cancellations made in excess of 24 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
How can I change my car rental service?

We requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
I'm worried about booking online and knowing you don't have my booking?

Don't worry of your booking. After receiving your reservation information, we will contact you through your email or your phone to confirm your booking as soon as possible.
