1 Day Badaling and Mutianyu Great Wall Tour

After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel then drive to the first destination Badaling Great Wall. Badaling section is the most visited one among all the Great Wall sections, approximately 80 km northwest of urban Beijing city. Badaling Great Wall is famous for his magnificence. It is the highlight and the most excellent section of Great Walls built in Ming Dynasty. It is also the best preserved part of Great Wall. You will hike up snaking sections of walls, enter the watchtowers and see distant views. You will hike for 2 hours on the Badaling Great Wall.

Having Chinese typical lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, driving to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu Great Wall, which is located in Huairou District 75 km away from downtown Beijing. It is famous for its beautiful surroundings. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, it used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. You have about 2 hours to hike on it. If you want to reach the highest point, cable car is a good choice ( optional ). You will hike the Mutianyu Great Wall for 2 hours.
