Hi, we would like to take some of your bus tours, and what time usually the tour guide pick up us in the hotel for our tour?

Dear Terry Miller,

The pick-up time for each morning is between 07:30 and 08:30. Our guide will call you one day earlier to tell you the exact pick-up time for next day's tour. Because it is a bus tour, our bus and tour guide will go to different hotel for picking up clients, but it will not exceed 08:40. Hope you understand if late.
