About:Beijing

Hi, we, three of vegans, will visit Beijing in this June, and could you list us some places serving the 100% completely vegetarian dishes. We even can not eat the meat or fish sources added to rice, stir fries, vegetables etc. Many thanks in advance!

Hi Miriam, having the pure vegetarian food in Beijing and China around is much more experience than the regular meals. I am also a pure vegetarian as I am a Buddhist and do not eat meat or fish too. We have a Buddhist community and we always get toghter to explore the vegetarian restaurants.

1. Jing Zhao Yin Restaurant *****

This quadrangle dwellings Hutvegetarian restaurant is very strict to the food materials, and they never use the non-100%-fresh, non-natural, non-strictly-selected, and non-compliance materials.

Address: No.2 Wudaoying Hutong, Dongcheng District Cost: 407RMB p.p

2. Samadhi Vegetarian Tea & Art Room

This restaurant is a typical Samadhi restaurant with the tastes of original materials.

Address: 2 Floor, Shi Fang Hao Ting, Xin Yuan Nan Li, Chaoyang District. Cost: 150RMB p.p

3. Tian Chu Miao Xiang Vegetarian Restaurant

Most of the staff in this restaurant are the disciple of Ti Tzu Kui and learn the Confucianism daily for kindness and charity. They have the classes to teach the clients to learn the vegetarian dishes.

4. Gong De Lin Vegetarian Restaurant

This is the only Buddhist restaurant in Beijing and also the place that our community to get together.
