About:Tibet
Hello! I'm looking for a shortest trip ( 3 days, permit and minimum package ) from Beijing to Lhasa by train. Tibet permit and one way train ticket included. Maybe no sightseeings in Lhasa except Potala Palace, but visit Samye gompa and stay there. We should be at least 4 persons.Answers(1):

I have sent your inquiry to our travel consultant, Trudy, and she will get back to you within one hour. We will do our best to provide a short 3 days tour by train. Actually, it will take you 2 days on the train from Beijing to Lhasa. You will just have one day to visit Potala Palace and Samye gompa.
In addition, the exact visiting time of Potala Palace is arranged by the official of Potala Palace, as they need to control the amount of visitors to protect the Potala Palace, so nobody could guarantee that you will visit it in the morning or afternoon. If in the afternoon, you will have no time to Samye gompa from Lhasa, please plan one more day for us. Have a good time!

It was time to say farewell to Bob who we all became friends with not just a guide.
