For the Sichuan food, the place considerd the most authentic is Chuan Ban (川办) - it is right next to the Sichuan provincial government office which is a good reference. Chuan Ban is about 3.5km away from Prime Hotel Beijing, and takes about 15 minutes by taxi. If you prefer to walk there, the route is: Prime Hotel - Chao Yang Men Nei Street - end of the Chao Yang Men Nan Street. In Chuan Ban, you order dishes, not menus per person, and their famous dishes are: Spicy Boiled Fish (水煮鱼), shredded pork with garlic sauce(蒜泥白肉), fish flavored Pork ribs (鱼香大排), and Gross blood Mong（毛血旺).
