About:Chengdu

Hi, we are planning to visit Chengdu in March 2015 and will definitely head to the Chengdu research base of Giant Panda Breeding. Can you arrange holding a panda for photos for us?

Hi Ashling, presently the Chengdu Panda Base has been suspended the programme of holding a panda for photos since Dec 10, 2014, and so far, they haven't received any notice when to restart the program yet and we can not be sure if you would have the chance to hold in Panda in Chengdu Panda Research Base.

The panda holding programmes are still available in Bifengxia and Dujiangyan, which are 160km and 60km far away from Chengdu. So we suggest you leave this changeable: if it still not available in Chengdu Panda base, you can ask your tour guide to take you to any of the panda bases in Bifengxia and Dujiangyan.
