Description:

1. Work as a language (English) consultant to polish the web copies, product descriptions and other English documents; do some trainings to improve the staff's English capabilities;
2. Work as a marketing assistant to do research on our target market and target customers - to learn more about their needs; Help the marketing manager to promote our website and products;
3. Take some inspection trips in Beijing, write travel journals and reviews, improve and optimize the tour programs, etc.

Note: Both short term volunteering (1 week to 2 months) and full time job (longer than 6 months) are wanted.

Requirements:

1. Age from 28 to 50 years old;

Description:

1. Comprehensive management of whole department of Travel Advisor team, including the online sales, inbound reception, after-sale service and team-work leading;
2. Design, develop and assess wonderful tour route suitable for foreign customers' interests.
3. Cooperate with marketing department to optimize website content especially in customer center and tour column, etc.

Requirements:

1. Professional knowledge of the tourism industry and have passion to travel.
2. Good at customer-center thinking and understanding with excellent sense of customer service.
3. Fairly good English skills (speaking and writing), and selling operation knowledge;
4. Have management consciousness and skills, love to communicate with people.
5. Good coordination skills and ability to deal with kinds of difficulties and problems;
6. People with experience of online inbound tourism management is preferred.

Travel Advisor (2 vacancies)

Description:

1. Be responsible for customers’ inquires and communicate with customers via email or telephone etc.
2. Satisfy customers’ needs and offer customers with inbound tour route and reception service and turn into order booking.
3. Follow up with customer’s travelling situation during the whole customers’ trip.
4. Perfect the after-sale services.

Requirements:
